Information which can identify you needs to be kept private. The information we collect from you will be for the purpose of providing disability support services only. We will only share your information if you give permission for this in writing and/or signed consent. If we don't receive consent to engage with disability supports we may not be able to provide services to you. We will discuss any concerns you have about sharing of information at referral.

We are obligated by law to maintain your privacy and store all information securely. We only share the information we have permission to and which is directly relevant to the service being engaged. In the event we need to share information to keep yourself or others safe this will only be with the relevant authorities and nominee.
